Account Executive - Arizona, US

Location: Arizona, United States

Reports to: Sales Director
Salary: $80-120,000 per annum

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing digital transformation partner within the ServiceNow ecosystem, delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients across Healthcare and SLED (State, Local, and Education) markets. As their trusted recruitment partner, we're on the lookout for a driven Account Executive ready to take their sales game to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront      of client engagement, responsible for: Identifying and converting new      business opportunities (new logo hunter mindset)
  • Building and nurturing long-term client      relationships
  • Delivering tailored sales presentations and      proposals
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and      product teams
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with      confidence
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring      client satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For:

  • We're after a sales professional with a strong      blend of tenacity, strategy, and people skills. The ideal candidate will      have:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven      track record of success
  • Strong account management and relationship-building      skills
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and      negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of structured sales methodologies      (Value-Based or Strategic Selling)
  • Experience selling within or around the ServiceNow      partner ecosystem (a strong plus)
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a      related field or equivalent experience
  • Self-starter mentality, capable of thriving both      independently and in a team
